烤燒餅


親愛的燒餅同好:

謝謝您選用冷凍燒餅麵糰。希望這個中國傳統的健康素食(完全不含飽和脂防或反式脂防) 能夠帶給您的家庭一些烘焙的樂趣,餐桌上的享受。

烤燒餅的方法:
1麵糰解凍 (最好到室溫),以便擀薄。
解凍後柔軟的燒餅麵糰,只需15分鐘就可以食用。您必須具備下列器具:烤箱(大小皆可),烤盤,擀麵棍,平的板面。

2烤盤架位置調整到中央。 烤箱必須預熱。設定為:Bake, 400 °F (200°C) 如果有 Convection Bake 更好.

3.將芝蔴面朝上。在板上, 用擀麵棍來回數次將麵糰擀薄成長方形的燒餅胚。如果黏板, 就撒一點點乾粉 (麵粉, 粘米粉, 芡粉都行). 建議燒餅胚尺寸為3.5x 6.5吋,約1/4吋厚(甜燒餅及有餡燒餅,約3/8吋厚)

4.芝蔴面朝上, 將燒餅胚平鋪在烤盤上,烤盤不必抹油,燒餅胚之間不必留空隙。用噴壺噴些水到燒餅胚的表面,送入烤箱。烘焙約10 -15分鐘或烤到表皮成金黃色即可。

Thank you for choosing our frozen shaobing dough (white sesame flatbread).  We wish this traditional Chinese food brings joy to your family dining.  It is 100% vegetarian, trans-fat free (0.00g).

How to bake shaobing:

1. Thaw the frozen dough (best if to room temp.); makes rolling possible.

Once the dough is defrosted, it will be very soft and elastic to flatten. In 15 minutes, a shaobing is ready to eat.  You need the following equipment:  oven (or toaster oven), baking sheet (cookie pan), rolling pin and a smooth surface/board.

2. Adjust oven rack to center position.  Preheat the oven; set to Bake, 400 °F (200°C) Even better if your oven has Convection Bake option.

3. Sesame side up; flatten shaobing dough with a rolling pin back and forth  a few times to a rectangular patty. Sprinkle some flour on the board  if sticky (flour, rice flour or corn starch).  Suggested dimension is: 3.5 in x 6.5 in, 1/4 in thickness.(3/8” thickness for shaobing w/ filling)

4. Sesame side up; place the shaobing patties on the baking sheet.  No need to oil the pan, no need to leave clearance between patties.  Spray some water on the patties, Bake for 1015 minutes, or until the crusts golden.
